YWAM Recife has won many victories and reached various goals since 1987. But there is still so much to do and we need your help to develop these projects. There are many opportunities and you are invited to participate with us in this challenge, by either making a short or long term commitment.
Get involved now! We offer volunteer opportunities for 2 weeks up to 3 months.If you live close by, you can offer a few days or hours per week. We also receive short term teams to serve in specific areas.

Be a Missionary!
Lots of missionaries have come through our base from all over the world in the past 20 years. Today various missionaries have taken our flag to other nations. This makes our base a home for diverse cultures and offers the new staff an excellent cross cultural experience.
We have approximately 70 full time staff and 40 children. Some of the boys are apart of our Restoration project, and live at the Hope House.
To get involved in mission through our base, ask for a DTS application or a staff application if you have already done a DTS. Come and be apart of our YWAM family here in Recife. We still have so much to develop in missions and of course your vision will be welcome.

Be a Supporter!
Youth With A Mission is an international, no profit organization made up of volunteers that are responsible to raise support to cover their expenses such as food, housing, electric bill, water, health plan etc. As well as raising the needed funds for developing projects
We believe that it is a privilege for all Christians to contribute to the missionary work and be a part of the joy of the victories reached on the field. This is a biblical way to support missionaries. Jesus and Paul were supported by servants of God. This bring joy to the heart of the Father and the heart of the missionary you support, whether in prayer or financially. This is an effective way to plant seeds in the nations without every going to any of them.
For these reasons, we invite you to be an intercessor and missions supporter and we promise to keep you informed about our victories and battles, so together with you we can rejoice in the Lord!
